After all the work that I've put into creating my album, I'm finally finished! I'm now in the process of having my record mastered. This involves polishing the overall sound to commercial quality. If you've been following my story about the creation of my album, you'll know that I've been shopping it around to different recording studios in search of a mastering engineer who I could trust to take my music to the next level. I'm extremely excited to have found that person. Don Tyler of Precision Mastering in Los Angeles.
Don has mastered such recordings as Back To Bedlam and All The Lost Souls by James Blunt, Matchbox 20 - Yourself Of Someone Like You, Beck - Static, The Rolling Stones - Street Fighting Man (live) and Cake - Motorcade Of Generosity, Prolonging The Magic, Fashion Nugget and Comfort Eagle. So needless to say, I feel good knowing that my music is in such capable hands. By next week I should have my mastered album. Then it's on to duplication and CD artwork. It's difficult to say when my CD will be completely finished and up for sale but I'm hoping sometime within the next month or so. Stay tuned.

The story:
Producing my own album is something I've wanted to do for a long time. If you like acoustic guitar, you'll probably dig my music. It's my unique version of acoustic/alternative rock. I've written all the lyrics, arranged the music and performed all the instruments myself. Electric & acoustic guitars, bass, synthesizers, lead and backup vocals, drums and percussion. I started this project in Dec 2008 and quickly found out that it was going to take much more work than I ever imagined. It's been a labor of love and I've poured my heart & soul into it. I'll be uploading a song soon for sampling. I hope you'll like my music and that you'll want to hear the rest of my album.
